Modules and their requirements :- User Module : This was my Java mini-project for third semester UG. The Backend of the project is designed with Java, MySQL for database connectivity and front end using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
It features a familiar and well thought-out, an attractive online user interface, combined with strong searching Insertion and reporting capabilities. This application is developed in java, which mainly focuses on basic operations in a hospital like adding new patient information, and updating new information, assigning the doctor for patient. This is a hospital management user interface for managing, monitoring and controlling the system in a Hospital. The system can thus reduce complexity in maintaining patient’s records.Subscribe YouTube For Latest Update Click Here The system also maintains patient’s history so that doctor or receptionist can view them anytime. The receptionist can then generate bill and feed into the database.
The Pharmacist can give the medicine to the patient and that amount can generate to the database. The doctor can thus view patient details and after checking up the patient, the recommended medicines for the particular patient are fed into the database by the doctor and are sent to Pharmacist. These token numbers along with respective patient details are sent to doctor. Receptionist would be responsible for adding Patient to assigning doctors and token numbers to the patient visiting the clinic and save it in the database along with their details. The software would be operated by three admins receptionist, doctor and the other is pharmacist. Abstract-The project Hospital Management System is software developed to simplify the communication process between the doctors, the receptionist and the pharmacist.
